YOGA
Yoga is a system of stretching and gentle exercises staying tuned to the breath, in order to realize the union of body/mind/spirit.  Yoga is offered annually for a four-week series of 90 minute sessions at SILOAM. Click here to view/print a flyer with more information on this program.

TAI CHI
Golden Breath Tai Chi is offered every Wednesday at SILOAM from 5:30pm - 6:30pm through the volunteer efforts of SiBok Robert Kassof, Golden Breath's founder, who learned first-hand how this healing art can transform the human spirit from one of depression and debilitation to one of purpose and positive energy.  Class participants report a reduction of stress, and in some cases an improvement in their T-cell numbers and reduction of viral load.  Click here to view/print a flyer with more information on this program.
Art As Guide
Local artists lead groups of persons living with the virus in the therapeutic effects of release, letting their creativity flow onto paper. Art programs are usually conducted during day and overnight retreat experiences, but have also been held at SILOAM for four week cycles meeting once per week.
Contemplative Sitting Program
The Zen Peacemaker Community, in conjunction with SILOAM, meets for group sitting meditation on the third Sunday of each month from 9am to 12 noon.  Attention is given to the peace tenets of "Not-Knowing, Bearing Witness and Healing."
