TAI
CHI
Golden Breath Tai Chi is offered every Wednesday at SILOAM
from 5:30pm - 6:30pm through the volunteer efforts of SiBok
Robert Kassof, Golden Breath's founder, who learned
first-hand how this healing art can transform the human
spirit from one of depression and debilitation to one of
purpose and positive energy. Class participants report
a reduction of stress, and in some cases an improvement in
their T-cell numbers and reduction of viral load.
